It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. Tokito continues advancing through the forest and finds Mr. Kanamori. As soon as they arrive at the work hut in the middle of the forest, they are welcomed by Gyokko. Meanwhile, Tanjiro continues his fight against Hantengu.
